In verse 3,
THE DAY OF THY POWER,
refers to a period of gospel time,
what is referred to in The Church as,
a 'Dispensation.'
It of course refers to Jesus starting
his Church of Jesus Christ
as found in The New Testament;
but it also refers to a greater
DAY OF THY POWER,
than just the beginning period of time.
It refers to our day:
The Dispensation of The Fulness of Times,
in which The Lord restored His Church,
and everything from all Dispensations
is gathered into this one Church,
which is now called,
The Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter-Day Saints.}

{which is a simile and a metaphor
used in several places in The Old Testament
that refers to The Melchizedek Priesthood,
as verse 4 also bears witness that it does.

and who ordained Adam?
Since Adam was the first and only man
on the face of the earth,
it had to be either
God The Father, or
God The Son,
Or perhaps even both of them
at the same time.
The Scriptures are not clear on
who ordained Adam,
and perhaps it does not
even matter for us to know?
