"14 We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. HE THAT LOVETH NOT HIS BROTHER ABIDETH IN DEATH."

"15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer; and ye know that NO MURDERER HATH ETERNAL LIFE ABIDING IN HIM." --- [1st John 3: 14-15 - Bible]

{"NO MURDERER HATH ETERNAL LIFE ABIDING IN HIM."}

{This is the reason David, David who wrote the Psalms, David who was so knowledgeable and whose Psalms contains the fulness of the Gospel, though beloved by The Lord, is cursed in the eternities: because the Law of God cannot be forsaken by God, or favor a person, even someone as close to The Lord as David was. David knew better. He wasn't ignorant of the Laws of God. David did not need to lust after Bath-sheba. David already had six wives! But his lust and adultery with Bathsheba proved his eternal un-doing. He murdered Bathsheba's husband so that could have more than adultery with Bath-sheba: so that he could marry her and make love with her all of the time. With that murder, David is denied the ETERNAL LIFE that was his if he had only endured to the end. The choice he made was contrary to the Law of God which says: Thou shalt not kill. David knew this: so he condemned himself.}

"And now, behold, I speak unto The Church. Thou shalt not kill; AND HE THAT KILLS SHALL NOT HAVE FORGIVENESS IN THIS WORLD, NOR IN THE WORLD TO COME. And again I say, thou shalt not kill; but he that killeth shall die." --- [D&C 42: 18-19]

"And it shall come to pass, that if any persons among you shall kill THEY SHALL BE DELIVERED UP AND DEALT WITH ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE LAND; for remember that HE HATH NO FORGIVENESS; and it shall be proved according to the laws of the land." --- [D&C 42: 79]

"2 And it came to pass in an eveningtide, that David arose from off his bed, and walked upon the roof of the king's house: and from the roof he saw a woman washing herself; and the woman was very beautiful to look upon."

"3 And David sent and inquired after the woman. And one said, Is not this Bath-sheba, the daughter of Eliam, THE WIFE OF URIAH THE HITTITE?"

"4 And David sent messengers, and took her; and she came in unto him, AND HE LAY WITH HER; for she was purified from her uncleanness: and she returned unto her house."

"5 And the woman conceived, and sent and told David, and said, I am with child."

"6 And David sent to Joab, saying, Send me Uriah the Hittite. And Joab sent Uriah to David." --- [2nd Samuel 11: 2-6 - Bible]

"14 And it came to pass in the morning, that David wrote a letter to Joab, and sent it by the hand of Uriah."

"15 And he wrote in the letter, saying, Set ye Uriah in the forefront of the hottest battle, and retire ye from him, that he may be smitten, and die."

"16 And it came to pass, when Joab observed the city, that he assigned Uriah unto a place where he knew that valiant men were."

"17 And the men of the city went out, and fought with Joab: and there fell some of the people of the servants of David; AND URIAH THE HITTITE DIED ALSO." --- [2nd Samuel 11: 14- 17 - Bible]

"26 And when the wife of Uriah heard that Uriah her husband was dead, she mourned for her husband.

"27 And when the mourning was past, David sent and fetched her to his house, and she became his wife, and bare him a son. BUT THE THING THAT DAVID HAD DONE DISPLEASED THE LORD." --- [2nd Samuel 11: 26-27 - Bible]

{The great thing about these verses and the story of David is this: It is a common belief that God can see the past, the present, and the future. Even though God knows or sees what Judas would do, Judas was allowed to walk and talk with the Saviour. Although God could 'SEE' that David would in his later years, cause the death of Uriah and thus fall from God's grace and the fulness of God's love, this foreknowledge of God did not prevent God from blessing David with many revelations about the Church and the Gospel and Jesus Christ who was to come forth. Although God could 'SEE' David's future, God allowed David to be very close to God while David pursued being God's friend. What this shows us is that God allows us to be righteous and favored while we seek it, while we are worthy of it, regardless if He sees that we will eventually turn from Him (as in David's case) or betray Him (as in Judas' case): He does not withhold blessings, withhold knowledge as long as we seek the blessing by obeying the Law for that blessing:}

{ "FOR ALL WHO WILL HAVE A BLESSING AT MY HANDS SHALL ABIDE THE LAW WHICH WAS APPOINTED FOR THAT BLESSING, AND THE CONDITIONS THEREOF, as were instituted before the foundation of the world." - [D&C 132: 5]

THERE IS A LAW, IRREVOCABLY DECREED IN HEAVEN BEFORE THE FOUNDATIONS OF THIS WORLD, UPON WHICH ALL BLESSINGS ARE PREDICATED---AND WHEN WE OBTAIN ANY BLESSING FROM GOD, IT IS BY OBEDIENCE TO THAT LAW UPON WHICH IT IS PREDICATED. --- [D&C 130: 20-21]

I, THE LORD, AM BOUND WHEN YE DO WHAT I SAY; BUT WHEN YE DO NOT WHAT I SAY, YE HAVE NO PROMISE." --- [D&C 82: 10] }

"9 Wherefore hast thou despised the commandment of the Lord, to do evil in his sight? THOU HAST KILLED URIAH THE HITTITE WITH THE SWORD, AND HAST TAKEN HIS WIFE TO BE THY WIFE, and hast slain him with the sword of the children of Ammon."

"10 Now therefore the sword shall never depart from thine house; because thou hast despised me, and hast taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be thy wife.

"11 Thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will raise up evil against thee out of thine own house, AND I WILL TAKE THY WIVES BEFORE THINE EYES, AND GIVE THEM UNTO THY NEIGHBOR, and he shall lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun." --- [2nd Samuel 12: 9-11 - Bible]

"37 Abraham received concubines, and they bore him children; and it was accounted unto him for righteousness, because they were given unto him, and he abode in my law; as Isaac also and Jacob DID NONE OTHER THINGS THAN THAT WHICH THEY WERE COMMANDED; AND BECAUSE THEY DID NONE OTHER THINGS THAN THAT WHICH THEY WERE COMMANDED, THEY HAVE ENTERED INTO THEIR EXALTATION, according to the promises, and sit upon thrones, and are not angels but are gods.

"38 David also received many wives and concubines, and also Solomon and Moses my servants, as also many others of my servants, from the beginning of creation until this time; AND IN NOTHING DID THEY SIN SAVE IN THOSE THINGS WHICH THEY RECEIVED NOT OF ME.

"39 David's wives and concubines were given unto him of me, by the hand of Nathan, my servant, and others of the prophets who had the keys of this power; AND IN NONE OF THESE THINGS DID HE SIN AGAINST ME SAVE IN THE CASE OF URIAH AND HIS WIFE; AND, THEREFORE HE HATH FALLEN FROM HIS EXALTATION, AND RECEIVED HIS PORTION: AND HE SHALL NOT INHERIT THEM OUT OF THE WORLD, FOR I GAVE THEM UNTO ANOTHER, SAITH THE LORD." --- [D&C 132: 37-39]

{And that, too, is The Definition of Sin: This is God's world; and because it is God's world, God tells us what we can and cannot do! Anything that is not in agreement with what God says can or cannot be done - is Sin.}

"Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that NO MURDERER HATH ETERNAL LIFE ABIDING IN HIM." --- [1st John 3: 15 - Bible]

"18 And now, behold, I speak unto The Church. Thou shalt not kill; AND HE THAT KILLS SHALL NOT HAVE FORGIVENESS IN THIS WORLD, NOR IN THE WORLD TO COME.

"19 And again I say, thou shalt not kill; but he that killeth shall die." --- [D&C 42: 18-19]

"For behold, IF YE DENY THE HOLY GHOST WHEN IT ONCE HAS HAD PLACE IN YOU, AND YE KNOW THAT YE DENY IT, BEHOLD, THIS IS A SIN WHICH IS UNPARDONABLE; YEA, AND WHOSOEVER MURDERETH AGAINST THE LIGHT AND KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, IT IS NOT EASY FOR HIM TO OBTAIN FORGIVENESS; yea, I say unto you, my son, that it is not easy for him to obtain forgiveness." --- [Alma 39: 6 - The Book of Mormon]

{And this testimony that murderers have no eternal life in them, I leave with you, IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST. Amen. - (Brother Erving Axel Lambert - 1/26/2017)
